We are your friendly neighbourhood café dedicated to green energy, sustainable farming practices and fair animal treatment.
We know our providers and know them well. All of our products come from farms and businesses that share our values. For example, our produce comes from earth conscious farmers who know how to grow the best food without tearing up the land and emitting an obscene amount of harmful chemicals into the air.
We ensure that all of our waste (if any) is made of 100% recyclable material. Our garbage bins are each marked with what waste can be deposited in each. We recycle paper, plastic and even dedicate a separate bin for all the food waste. There is no general trash bin.
Green is the new black, green energy that is! We have gone completely off the grid and are running on 100% solar energy. We have several solar panels coupled with batteries to store extra energy for those dark and rainy days.
